Cancellation Policy

We keep cancellation simple and fair. This policy applies to service engagements and ongoing retainers with Clarivox AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. unless your service agreement states otherwise.
1. Project engagements
You may cancel a project at any time with 7 days' written notice.
On cancellation, you pay for work completed up to the effective cancellation date, including any milestone in progress on a pro-rata basis.
All completed and paid-for work is handed over to you — code, designs and documentation.
2. Monthly retainers & support plans
Retainers (maintenance, agent monitoring, support) may be cancelled with 15 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
No partial-month refunds; service continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Cancellation by Clarivox AI
We may cancel an engagement with 15 days' notice if invoices remain unpaid after reminder, or if required inputs are not provided for over 30 days. The same completed-work handover terms apply.
4. How to cancel
Send written notice to info@clarivoxai.com. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and share a closing statement of work and final invoice.
