Terms of Service

Clarivox AI provides AI and software development services including AI agents and chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation, web and app development, AI strategy consulting and SaaS product development.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or service agreement, which prevails over these general terms where they conflict.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to systems and data reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.

You confirm that any data you share with us for training or integration purposes is data you have the right to share.

Fees, payment schedules and milestones are defined per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 7 days.

Work may be paused on accounts with overdue invoices after written notice.

On full payment, you own the custom deliverables built for you — code, designs and documentation — except for pre-existing Clarivox AI tools, libraries and know-how, which we license to you for use within the delivered system.

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property.

AI systems are probabilistic. While we design guardrails and test extensively, we do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, complete or appropriate. You are responsible for human oversight in high-stakes decisions (legal, medical, financial).

Third-party AI model providers (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI) have their own terms which apply to model usage within your systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarivox AI's total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
